Our aim is to provide a well-rounded education for your child. The staff at YCS are committed to our vision and we believe we need to teach our students ‘how to learn’ as opposed to ‘what to learn’ in preparation for their future beyond YCS.

YCS students are strongly encouraged to join local veterans and participate in the 2024 ANZAC Day march to the Memorial Hall on Thursday 25 April. Students are required to wear full winter school uniform and assemble at YCS at 10.30am.

The 2024 Yeoval Show Day is a public holiday in Yeoval. YCS will have a display at the Show. Term 2 will resume on Wednesday 1 May.

Students will return to Yeoval Central School on Wednesday, 1 May 2024 following the Yeoval Show on Tuesday 30 April. Staff will return on Monday 29 April for a Staff Development Day.

The Rawson Family Scholarship

The Rawson Family Scholarship

The Rawson Family Scholarship will be awarded to one Year 12 student from Yeoval Central School each year. 

"We believe in the unique qualities that country kids possess, and the positive contribution they can make to the wider-community, and indeed, to Australia" Michelle and Mark Rawson.

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to the winning student to attend University. 

The successful applicant will be determined by a combination of the following;

  • Application Form
  • Interview
  • Acceptance into a minimum Bachelor Degree at University (3 Year)
